CCH’s next generation of ProSystem fx® solutions will revolutionize the way you do business. It’s developed from the ground up, based on extensive customer input, and comes after years of research into tax and accounting professionals’ workflow.

Now it is available in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model for ProSystem fx Tax, Document and Practice, as well as two new products: Workstream and Portal. And in 2010, the next generation of ProSystem fx products will be deployed in on-premise versions.

Meant to work together as a comprehensive solution, the next generation of ProSystem fx also introduces two new products that will increase productivity and enable CPAs to serve clients better immediately:

• ProSystem fx Portal, a secure document exchange environment that reduces firms’ administrative overhead while giving clients safe, instant access to their tax returns, financial statements and other documents.

• ProSystem fx Workstream, a powerful workflow application that helps users efficiently manage work deliverables with sophisticated tools such as a dashboard for notifications and assignments, custom reporting, and integration with Time Capture, Billing and Accounts Receivable. 

Available on a dynamic Common Client Database, the next generation:

• Simplifies updates to client information and maintains consistency, accuracy and efficiency.

• Makes it so that changes to a name or address must be made only once to be available in every application that uses that information.

• Allows users to log in just once to access any ProSystem fx application and experience a common look and feel throughout.

As a result, CPAs can spend less time on administrative work and manual entry, and more time connecting with clients.
